Savoury mince ! Zucchini sweet potato, always changing to what I have in the vegetable draw .

After watching Four Corners last night with its food substitutions and things that are found in food, we ended up having an open Gozleme.

After watching Four Corners last night with its food substitutions and things that are found in food, we ended up having an open Gozleme.

Yes, that was a real wake up call.  I didn't see all of it, but what I saw was very disturbing.

We also watched the four corners show and were very disturbed at what we heard.

Dinner tonight was Bacon and vegetable slice with potato bake, asparagus and roast pumpkin.

Still suffering from thinking about 4 corners. 😀😀 We had home made spaghetti with a homemade tomato sauce. It was delicious.

I'm making Lamb Souvlakis tonight for the first time. I'm using RTE recipe.

I’m about yo put small lamb shanks on . Might do the BBQ sauce on ! The one you make with tomato sauce brown auger and vinegar. But what ever is in the fridge cupboard will do .

We had pot stickers.

Salmon mornay with hard boiled eggs . Made a cheese bechamel sauce. Then sautéed celery red pepper broccoli parsley added sauce and tinned salmon. Hard boiled eggs . Made sourdough breadcrumbs on top put in the oven . So delicious. A squeeze of lemon too . A touch of paprika.
