Prawn roast pumpkin bacon sugar snap peas risotto. Lemon rind and juice. Men very happy.

For dinner tonight I marinated some salmon and we will have it with chips, asparagus and baby carrots for DH and I.  Beef stew with the same veg for DS who doesn't like salmon.

Irish stew tonight for DS, it's his favourite.  A small piece of Christmas pudding from the freezer for dessert.

I made a cauliflower and broccoli cheese soup. We had it with Sizzler toast and a small pie from the freezer.

French Onion Chicken Bake with roast potatoes, pumpkin and Cauli / Broccoli in sauce. The last of the Christmas pudding for dessert.

We have been having lamb lion chops , barramundi with Dutch cream baked potatoes and last night the old faithful apricot chicken legs .

Tonight lemon and coconut Dahl . Flatbread with melted butter and fresh coriander. Thermobexta recipe. Added sweet paprika, coconut sugar and fresh coriander. Ice cream and gingerbread caramel sauce .
