Left overs for the men tonight with Apple Sponge for dessert. Nothing for me, I'm not feeling at my best today.

Apricot chicken legs baked sweet potato corn and broccolini. Family favourite- I never use the French onion soup mix , as I’m allergic to it . But just add diced carrots celery red pepper and fresh parsley and coriander. Put some cornflower in the sauce .

Katie, there is a recipe that gives a similar result as the one using the packet soup. It has Apricot jam as its base. I’ll look it up for you.
Grilled salmon and steamed veggies and TMX mashed potato.

Roast chicken in casserole pot ! A Opps moment- discovered the absorption pad popping out from underneath the chicken … we ate the chicken but all that stock is no good as far as I’m concerned.
