Too hot to cook. Made some hard boiled eggs in TMX . They will have to do. .

Made crumbed chicken thighs with baked whole sweet potatoes and vegetables. Boys had ice cream in yeti wine tumblers with kids !!

Chicken and cashews , from the original cook book tm31 . But it’s on cookidoo now - a little changed but still great . I use to make so much many many years ago . With rice .
