What's for Dinner Tonight?

Roast beef and roast veggies tonight.

Made some soup out of the carcass of a takeaway chicken. Cooked the carcass in the 7 , 30 mins, 100 degrees , speed gentle. Strained and added veggies , pasta , and cooked for 20 mins.

Butter chicken last night . Layered steak salad with home made pomegranate molasses.

Meatballs in a chilli tomato sauce on pasta.

Chicken parmiagana with salads.  Fruit salad for dessert.

Bought the first Apricots for this season. Will eat some fresh and make jam from rest. Fresh ones for dinner tonight. Perhaps also Apricot chicken. ?

Found a piece of quiche in the freezer, that will do me with some salad. Mango and ice cream for dessert.

Chicken Pot Pie, roast potatoes, pumpkin and broccolini.

Steamed salmon baby green zucchini asparagus couscous with preserved lemon.

Indonesian fried rice, bit spicy.

We had pork chops, potato chips and salad.

Gave some bread rolls away. No Fuss recipe. I was pleased when she said best rolls ever. No preservatives, just simple bread.
Tonight, simple salad from garden and small tin of salmon, with a bread roll.

I made a small meat loaf yesterday to have for dinner tonight and for sandwiches for DS lunch.  We'll have the left overs tonight.
