Made some soup out of the carcass of a takeaway chicken. Cooked the carcass in the 7 , 30 mins, 100 degrees , speed gentle. Strained and added veggies , pasta , and cooked for 20 mins.

Bought the first Apricots for this season. Will eat some fresh and make jam from rest. Fresh ones for dinner tonight. Perhaps also Apricot chicken. ?

Found a piece of quiche in the freezer, that will do me with some salad. Mango and ice cream for dessert.

Gave some bread rolls away. No Fuss recipe. I was pleased when she said best rolls ever. No preservatives, just simple bread.
Tonight, simple salad from garden and small tin of salmon, with a bread roll.
