I had lunch out today so nothing for me.  The men had pies from the freezer with mixed vegetables.

I marinated chicken pieces in French Onion soup, lemon juice and oil. I then cooked it in the oven and we had it with veggies.

I’ve got a casserole out of the freezer. I’m going to turn it into a pie and have with veggies.

Judy, I’ll be interested to know how that tastes.

It was a flop Chookie. The base didn’t crisp up at all so in the bin with the other 2. We fell in love with Costco’s cauli pizzas but they have too much salt for DF so I was hoping this would work. We’ll have to make Costco’s a very occasional treat.
