We had a few tired veggies in the crisper, so I steamed them with some chicken and put them all into a cheese sauce. I added some pasta to bulk it out a bit. It was very tasty.

Not sure. It will either be a Skinnymixer dish with prawns and chorizo or take away fish and chips.

Lake’s Entrance is as lovely as I remember. We were given the best rooms at the Hotel. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are a 2 course buffet. Food is plentiful and good. We travel in a Bus with seats for 50, but there are only 16 of us Probians..
Dinner each nights food is appropriate for our age group. Last night we were offered Italian style chicken, mixes veggies, fish and chips followed by Trifle and fruit salad.
Both the Guide and bus driver are excellent.
