Pastie Slice tonight with potato mash, peas and carrots.  Apple crumble for dessert.

I roasted salmon in Ninja oven, outside. Keeping the fishy smell outside. I’m adding it to the tomato and peach salad with added avocado. Topped with roasted smoked paprika almonds.

Braised steak and onions for the men.  Some sort of salad for me.  The last of the apple crumble for dessert.

No more meals of mushroom risotto, to which I added asparagus and salmon. I need a change.      Stuffed chicken with lots of veggies.

Pomegranate molasses slow roasted lamb . With the red pepper and walnut dip . Spiced carrot salad, asparagus and broccolini and parsnip steamed . The meat fell apart , would cook less time next time. Really great dinner . DH brought some blackberries and apple danishes for dessert.
