Judy, mince on toast, one of the most delicious meals of all time. !
I also like small crispy French bread rolls filled with curry mince.
Out for lunch again today so just cheese on toast for dinner.

I agree with you Chookie and I’ve only started to include meat back into my diet recently but it has to be mince - only small quantities at this stage.

Grilled lamb 4/4 chop with lots of steamed veggies in Varoma. Small Queen of Pudding.
