Crumbed lamb cutlets mint jelly with lots of greens and sweet potato. DS favourite.

Rissoles and onion gravy, potatoes, peas and corn.  Apple and Rhubarb turnover for dessert.  Cauli / broccoli soup for me.

Last night was Butter Chicken and Rice with Cheese and Chilli bread to soak up the juices.
Tonight was roast beef and roast veggies.

Same here. The silverside from Woolworths was great. I put the SC in the garage to avoid the smell going through the house.
I bought a fresh packet of spring roll wrappers to make spring rolls from the Chow Mein. I found they separated more easily than the ones I had that were frozen for a while.
My cleaner and I had some for lunch. She said they were the best she had ever had. I think she was cold and hungry.
