Cookie my DD loves Burrata after having it in Italy, I love it but has to be a treat as too much cheese doesn’t agree with my sinuses.
Roast veg salad ( might have brought this ) with two eggs . Easy meal after a big few days .

My kind DH suggested fish and chips tonight. I think he may be tired of taking over dinner preparation part way through. 😀😀

We had lasagna and Foccacia last night and tonight is Quiche with cauliflower cheese and other veggies. I used this recipe for the Foccacia but didn’t leave it overnight. https://cloudykitchen.com/blog/no-knead-focaccia/

Beef casserole with vegetables for the men.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

We’re having left over Lasagna and Foccacia from the other night. Last night was chicken breasts crumbed in Parmesan and veggies.

Too busy to cook right now so I enjoyed poached eggs and a fruit smoothie today, things I’ve not had for 3 weeks. Food was pretty repetitive on the island and then the cruise, hard for me to find something I really enjoyed. Breakfast buffet at both places was the best meal of the day for me. My freezer is still full of meals so I won’t be cooking much for a while.
