Oh Margaret that isn’t fun.
We had a roast chicken and veggies. We split the chicken in half to make it cook a bit quicker.

I hope it settles down Margaret so that you can have more solid food.
I’m having mince stew (very little mince used) on toast tonight. I went out with my family for my GS’s birthday last night and had beer battered Barramundi, coleslaw and even a handful of chips. They had not seen how much more I’m able to eat since doing the cruises and eating at their buffets. They gave me an unexpected round of applause when I finished 😁

That’s lovely Judy.
We had meat from last night’s roast chicken in a cheese sauce with lots of veggies in it. DH made a soup from the chicken carcasse.

Mab, not much fun. At least it’s good soup weather.
Last night, Cauli based chicken soup using the stock I made in 7. Then chicken breast on SD toast.
My neighbour sent in some chicken soup he had made. It was delicious. I think it had coconut in it.

Best ever beef pie , no pastry adding mushrooms. ( an old favourite from recipe community! So it will be a casserole and baked sweet potatoes with greens .

A toastie and soup. Yesterday at Probus we had a guest speaker, Tim Bone. He was on Master Chef and has a Toastie business in Ballarat. So I’m inspired to make a toastie. They presented him with 2 of my jars of jam. Bit embarrassing. I was wondering if the Lemon, Carrot and Whiskey one will end up in a toastie.
