GC coming for dinner. Roast pork and lots of veggies. Garlic bread a must. Fruit salad and ice cream. Cooking pork in Ninja. I bought a large piece of rolled leg. Unrolled it and cut it in half. Had 1/2 Sunday.

Last night we had Roast Lamb with all the trimmings.  Tonight  it is left overs.

Stir fry beef bowl Cookidoo . I used snow peas instead of red pepper, had none . A third of the soy sauce and pomegranate molasses. No baby corn so sliced water chestnuts. Instead of rice I did some couscous separately. Added sliced sweet potato in the basket .
