I bought a seafood pie from Aldi and added cold slaw and chips. The chips were ‘extra crispy’ from Aldi and I baked them in the AF. Best bought chips I have cooked in AF.

Slow cooked lamb shanks with baby potatoes, beans & pumpkin.  I cheated and bought a packet of shanks already cooked from the supermarket.  Vegetable soup for me.
