Salad, leftovers. Made a large Lasagna for lunch. Baked apples stuffed with Pecans and Sour dried cherries and dusted with sugar and cinnamon.

I love the sound of the baked apples Chookie. We haven’t had them for ages. We had RTE tacos but in a wrap.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

Last night I marinated some salmon to have with smashed potatoes and asparagus.  Tonight will be lamb casserole with potato bake, carrots & beans
