Rals not hungry so I am cooking small tasty food. Yesterday corn and Zucchini fritters and salmon, today Chow Mein and prawn crackers. I picked a handful of small French beans and 4 small Zucchini from the garden.

It’s lovely that your garden is producing Chookie.

I m thrilled that I can grow a few flowers and veggies at our new home. All we have is a small strip around the house. Everything is in pots so it’s a bit of a challenge.

I made the SC beef brisket with BBQ sauce from RTE for the men and Sauteed vegetables with broccoli sauce from Cookidoo for me. As I only have a tm31 I had to make a couple of changes. I liked the meal but found it quite salty, next time I will cut back on the salt.

Lovely Judy. We had a casserole with garlic potatoes on the top and green veggies. It was cooler today.

Thanks cookie, a bit too much trouble to go to although it was nice. Over-ripe mangoes are cheap and sweet so I buy a few, chop them up and freeze them for different things.

Not much for dinner. Guests for lunch. Seem to be eating all day.
Last night made Chicken Shawarma from RTE. Ral loved it. Small and tasty serves. DS has been staying, home to night, back next week. Fortunately he eats almost anything.
