We had quirky Jo's fried rice.
I manrinated the chicken and then cooked it with bacon in a frypan.
Scooped out enough fried rice for two meals for me before I added the meat however it was sooo delicious that I ate the lot
Family really enjoyed this dish.
So easy to make too!
The only thing I did different was I chopped veggies in tm bowl first then followed the recipe ( without the meat of course)

I saved the liquid from my steamed vegies today and we will have a cup of vegie broth using my lovely roasted veg stock concentrate and this vegie liquid along with a pie using leftovers. DH will have the fruity curried pork in his and I'll try a vegie-au-gratin pie.

At least you can have a darn good soupy risotto Uni
I'm tossing up between my zucchini, cheese and bacon mini quiches with wedges, or just poached eggs

Good luck Jam and let us know how it went
I have only done one all in one meal in mine and have had it for a couple of months now. It turned out really nice. Still a bit unsure of all in one meals so want to have a varoma demo soon. Have used the varoma on its own to steam veggies and corn on the cobs which were fantastic.

You wouldn't have wanted to cook for yourself tonight Hally after spending the whole day cooking for your friend. Enjoy your bits and pieces meal then sit down and relax with a glass of something.

Well the Varoma meatballs were a massive success!
Texture and taste was just as delicious as the old way I made them - but much quicker & less cleaning up!
Very happy!
