Gert, I must say your vegetables do look very scrumptious, especially next to that chunk of... pie ;D

I need to clear out our freezer too. There are lots of random chicken breasts, pieces of fish, and bags of things that I didn't write on so will remain a surprise until they are defrosted and inspected closely :-))

Tonigh we are having fish (pink snapper) and steamed vegetables :D

Gert I can't imagine you buying a home brand frozen pie.

Too tired to cook, so my DH had leftover shepherds pie from the freezer and I had eggs on toast.

Love the green sugar Uni. What are you planning to do with it?
I finally got around to cooking the beef cheeks in the pressure cooker tonight. The dish also included red wine, caramelised baby onions Nd Swiss Brown mushrooms. It was sooo delicious. They were melt in the mouth tender and the sauce was really rich.

You are so right . It was truly disgusting. The dogs ate most of mine  but DH loved it. Go figure.

What on earth is coloured sugar and what is that on the spoons?

Well I never knew that. I know nothing about sweets. Ask me about anything but sweet.
