Just threw everything in the bowl and varoma, thawed out some leftover seeded mustard sauce and hey presto, a quick meal on a hot day.

Made a satay sauce with peanuts and cashews, cooked chicken strips with capsicum & spring onion, plonked on a tortilla, shoved it in the pizza oven.......chicken satay pizza done.

Nigel Slater has a recipe in the Observer today for smoked haddock and spinach risotto so I'm going to give that a whirl. I'll post it tomorrow (
if
it's successful

Uni these gnocchi are spinach and ricotta with an egg white and a tiny bit of flour. They steamed really well in the Varoma. Took about 10 minutes. I plan to post the recipe.

Beef schnitzel, not a fan, it came in a meat pack from a local butchers order I did in November.
Does anyone know how to make them nicer, a sauce maybe?
Thanks

Isn't it any thin piece of meat rolled around a stuffing - I do 1 which I refer to as involtini with chicken filled with sundried tomato, spinach and feta - have also wrapped in prosciutto, but I could be way off base
