I've just put dede's Date and Walnut loaf into the oven. http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=11043.0
I've taken farfalinna's bread out of the fridge, let it rise to room temperature and I have now shaped it and it is on it's second rise.

I made more jam today, but hot cross buns from the chip yesterday, and they were great! Will definitely make again.

Rolls in AF. http://achookwoman.blogspot.com.au/search?q=Bread

Chookie, I don't have a round tin that fits into the a/f basket.  Would it be OK to remove the basket and place the tin on the base of the a/f?

Worth a try but the tin in the basket Browns the rolls all around. Could put an egg ring under tin.

This is the Date and Walnut Loaf and farfallina's overnight bread baked as a loaf.

The Date & Walnut Loaf is a favourite here with DH

Cooking up some more tomatoes here this morning.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I have a trivet that fits on the base Chookie, that might lift the tin high enough.  I'll give it a try once my freezer stock of bread has gone down.

With my Facebook site I'm getting muddled up with what I post everywhere, so I hope I haven't done this before. DD read about these doughnut tins and bought herself one. She made some cupcakes in it and I thought they looked cute.

Im right onto that Cookie 1.  :)
I made quick ciabatta bread from the forum files yesterday.
I was a little concerned at how much it vibrated the thermie.
It is delicious though.
I like soft crust sometimes and crusty other times. The buttermilk bread recipe from the basic cookbook i have made about half with the melted butter ( very crusty) and half without. Not nearly as brown and softed crust.
Ve just marinated a couple of packets of chicken for quirky cookings chicken with coconut rice and satay sauce recipe.
And downloaded the snap recipe app , i found that info on the forum. Too
Also how to take a photo of a recipe on my ipad so i can save them.
Im Loving the forum.

I have found that when I take a photo on my iPad that it won't post.  But if I resize the photo it will post. Only need to take a tiny bit off the edge.
Sharon, we had problems with Snap Recipes a while back but they seem to have fixed the problem.
