Having friends over tonight for late Xmas get-together. Made the marinade for my lamb this morning, smells great. Swedish Ice cream cheese cake in the freezer, will make a beetroot salad this arvo and will probably attempt Isi's portuguese rolls as well for tonight's BBQ. Trying to show my friend who's a fellow TMX newbie that this forum is all she needs for recipes! Although she will finally get her Xmas pressie from me - Dinner Spinners! (ooh - hope she's not reading this  :D)

Oops! I did a bit of a tidy up of my photobucket account a few weeks ago, deleting some photos and moving others into different folders which has broken the link to some of the posts. Sorry, I didn't think anyone would notice.  :-[

Way too hot here todday to cook. If and when it cools down I will put the turkey roll and potato bake in the oven.

Ate all the berry coulis over ie cream, so may need to make some of that. Or perhaps the chocolate topping for a change.

I have a question for all you experts.  I have the Thai Chilli Chicken & Basil on cooking at the moment and I still have half a can of coconut milk left over.  Does anyone know if it will freeze or if not what can I do with it, any suggestions please?
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.
