Lemon-Berry Scone Scrolls - Keeping it Simple p113
« on: March 18, 2014, 07:01:53 am »
Made this on a whim today as I had all ingredients on hand, and I've been eyeing this recipe off for some time. It didn't disappoint - it's seriously good, and seriously easy. Would be extra nice with the dusting of icing sugar or icecream etc but I'm watching my waistline (expand). Definitely will make again.

Looks lovely CP,  i had my eye on that recipe also.  Attempting to shrink my waisteline so avoiding "those" recipes for the moment.

Looks good CP, must make this I've been eyeing the recipe off for ages.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

It's a pity we all don't live closer. One could make it and rush round and share it. The expansion of the waistlines ( and hips in my case) would be a little slower.  ;D ;D

I've packed it into a couple of freezer bags and will zap it when I need something with my cuppa.
