We had banana pikelets to use up a couple of bananas that were a bit too ripe to eat by themselves

Lunch today will be leftover zucchini quiche and potato salad for mum and SD at work. I'll be at home but not sure what I'll be having because.... the tiler is finally coming back!!!! WHOOPIE!!!
I just won't be able to use the kitchen for the day

Leftover peri peri chicken with avocado salad.

Grilled chicken and bacon with rocket and baby spinach salad. A generous spoonful of homemade garlic aioli made it. Would have enjoyed it more if I didn't have blisters down my throat. Think it will be soup for dinner.
