Yes, I enjoyed it and laughed too Judy. I’m starting the latest book from JD Robb tonight. More murder, mystery and mayhem.

The discussion at book club on the Salt Path was hilarious. The worst books create the most discussion.

So true Chookie. If we all agree we finish very quickly.
I love Stella Rimington’s books. I’m re reading my book club book. I read it a few years ago so this will refresh my memory. It’s Wild Place by Christian White.

Reading a collection of short stories by Lee Child. In the forward he explains why he writes them. I’ve read 3 and they are all much the same. It’s as though he is writing to a formula. He certainly writes the Reacher series to a formula. He mentions the chapter 17 is a significant turning point. Must take note.

My favourite type of reading. Bought Helen Goh ‘s recently released book. I love her recipes. I don’t think she gets enough attention. The manner in which she sets out her recipes is easy to follow , as are her directions.

I’ve been buying quite a few books lately. I’m part way through the Lightning Ridge Ladies at the moment. It’s a quick, light read about a doctor who takes locum work there to find out what happened to her twin brother. Opals fascinate me so that makes it even more interesting.

I bought three books today now I just have to read them.  Legacy by Chris Hammer, Last One Out by Jane Harper and The Secret of Secrets by Dan Brown.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

I’ve bought the Chris Hammer book, plan to buy the Ja e Harper one on Friday.  I’ve been tossing up about the Dan Brown one but I loved the others so I’m sure I’ll end up with it.
