Some cucumber sticks and a handful of raw cashews pre gym and a green smoothie afterwards.  My green smoothie was a bit bland today as the only fruit I included was 1/2 granny smith.  Definitely nicer with some frozen banana or berries  ;D

Maybe I should try a green smoothie, but I always find that spinach makes my mouth feel funny. It is really astringent, and I don't like the texture.
This morning, I had some cherries, and then some of Tenina's Cranberry and Almond Granuesli with yoghurt. I made an extra large batch of the Granuesli the other day - I kept the butter/honey mixture the same but upped the rolled oats to a 1kg bag, and added extra macadamianuts and cranberries. Yum!
