More work getting everything ready for DS 21st . DS is doing an amazing job with the lighting.. Bar arrived today - it’s on loan and is huge ! Trust me when I say that I’m getting a tad frustrated when the boys think a fence in the yard is more important to fix all day !!! Think tomorrow arvo will be frantic . Oh well all for a good fun night .

Katie, that is a very big task. I’ve found that it’s best to delegate what you can.
Gym and odd jobs.

Well I woke up early to realise I had five minutes to shower dress leave to go to early hair appointment !! Late by 5 mins . Shopping included getting fresh fish from the fish truck ,topped up car with diesel . Somehow managed to get home after lunch . Then went to shearing shed to take everything to set up ! A lot still to do . DD managed to collect B’day cake , wine bedding and heaps of things . It’s freezing tonight and tomorrow night is worse . Lucky we have heaters ! Boys collected cool room ( at this rate all we had to do would put it outside. Even a port a loo ! Now trust me one would guarantee not function . It looks great DS has done a great job with fairy lights.

Cookie, Probus are organising a trip to Mildura and Swan Hill. Our club has been invited. Somehow I’ve ended up with the job of doing the administration . Yesterday I finally contacted the last person.
Afternoon tea with Probus today.

A doctor visit yesterday to get the result of my ultra sound I'm being referred to a specialist. WE had our flue jabs and also a covid jab.
This morning was a quick trip to the supermarket. Would you believe there was no beef mince steak on the shelves. Our magpies will think they are on a diet.

That’s not good re the mince Mab. I think a lot of people use it. I know I do.
I see that people over 75 can now receive a RSV injection. We’ll have our flu, then the RSV a few weeks later.

Had a busy couple of days with my cousins from Scotland. Visited Daylesford, Vaughan Springs, Maldon and the cousins climbed Mt Tarrengower watch tower (I sat happily in the car watching them!).
They have headed up to my sister in Brisbane so I am now catching up on everything that has piled up whilst they were here (including the washing, thank goodness for a week of fine weather)
Reading some of the above comments reminds me that I must get DH and myself off for our annual flu and COVID vaccinations.

Dr said RSV essential . Available 17 th May. Have it late May. Also has ordered a blood test prior to Polia injection. Didn’t know about that. My new Dr is a Geriatrician. Young enough to see me through.
I’ve been invited to a fashion show today. Not sure I’ll go, too much on.
