Thank you all. SIL is having heaps of tests, MRI. And other tests.
My brother said he is starting to get a bit burned by the radiation.

Yes Judy my brother has a son who lives fairly near him..He’s being very good. His other son lives over east and to my opinion very neglectful of his parents. However that is only my opinion.

Chookie congratulations for your GD . It’s always hard when family members fall ill together.
Been very busy . Appointments with skin specialist went ok , just back to have a the look at one patch . Dinner out with DD . No sleep one night , thus long drive was not easy , might have stopped at Wilson’s to get hams and food . Boys out harvesting to 3.30 am ! DH cooked Birthday breakfast for me ,DS had some too . Extremely hot 40 degrees! Back out harvesting this arvo . Made dinner yummy Barra fish . Power went out so had to cook dinner on gas stove top . Paddock delivery this is late . Great time on harvester with DS , then short tip with DH on chaser bin . Great day night . Home power back on and had dinner at 11pm oops . DS did share his shortbread stash .

Went to see the movie The Golden Spurtle.  Quite a fun movie about the annual porridge championship - who made the best porridge using a spurtle.  It is set in Carrbridge in the Scottish highlands, so we both giggled at the very familiar antics of the local villagers.

KAtie and Cookie - sounds like you are both going through challenging days just now.  Hope it all settles down very soon.

Last Gym for the year today. Then lunch out with Gym girls. Was going to Ballarat Xmas market but have run out of time.
New up grade for car and iPhone. Both created problems. Car fixed easily, phone not.

Chookie I was going to download the latest iPhone version !! Now I will not .
I think I’ve changed my body clock - 11am just ate breakfast, doing Xmas decorations to living room and have forgotten about getting dressed as in still in sleepwear . It is hot so that probably why too . DS was so kind last night when we were on the harvester , Mum I forgot to get you a Birthday cake today sorry! I was just nice to be with him . Too hot at 40 to even think of cake . I might have busiest my energy bubble , now I need so energiser batteries. 27 at 8 am . Hope we have power all day . Last night it was on and off a few times.

I hope you had a Happy Birthday KAtie. It’s awful when it’s 40°. It really saps your energy. Our Christmas Day is forecast to be 40°.

Happy Birthday Katie. It’s so nice to be with family.
Yesterday I had lunch with 2 friends from the Gym. The service was terrible but the food good. We talked for over 2 hours. Both are going through tough times .
Today, another good friend for lunch.

Well I did a shop and managed to get some Christmas presents except I’m stuck for the boys . Tonight was like a yo-yo . DH said all good no need for any help tonight!! Let’s just say I made the mistake of getting tucked up in bed , then DH came in to say we need you please ! Oh my .. well not for a few hours… all good canola done and machinery away ready for the storm rain tomorrow!! And we are meant to go to Christmas picnic!

Yesterday had a lovely Christmas picnic in a Rotunda while it rained!! We ate chatted and relaxed . We had smoked salmon in mini sliders . I brought some cherries and put them in a small round Lindor chocolate Xmas tin ! We had florentines ( the best made with fruit Melady ),  Baileys fudge , melting moments , shortbread , brownie , Aldi Christmas trees ( they have a white chocolate version too) and some fresh strawberries . Think we all indulged . Home to pizza .
