As the day progressed I thought I got better but still no right . Just a quiet day . I had also had the best yoga class yesterday ,so strange .Chookie the cooking class sounds like fun . K Atie, with my small space , I think I’ll be buying some tomatoes from Wilson’s.
A couple of big cooking days coming up. Better get organized and make sure I’ve everything I need.

Sounds good idea Chookie , although little Tom Thumb type tomatoes don’t take up too much room . Still a bit dizzy so taking it quiet today . Lots of rain in NSW . DS said they had 60 mls at uni and Wodonga had 100 ml !

I saw the Physio again this morning.
I dropped DH to pick up the motorhome until the new cupboards etc arrive.  I thought he would be home by now but I can see from the GPS in it that it’s still at the dealers. I just checked it again and he’s on the way home. We hope to go chasing wild flowers early next week.

Yesterday I had my review with my specialist.  He wants me to start eating more normal foods again just taking care not to try anything too solid.  I know I need to as I have lost so much weight but my worry is that if food gets caught again then I'm back to hospital.  All I can do is try.

We had a new HWS installed this morning as the old one working as well as it should.    Then supermarket shopping after lunch.
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

Cookie how wonderful to see the wildflowers. I believe the wreath ones are out . We did see quite a few Coldstream was good but we had to drive through water to get there ( parity sure it was there . Don’t know what it is about nature but it is so amazing and very calming .
I’m still unwell in-fact today is the worst, slept all arvo and no food other than porridge this am . DH came to check on me tonight and I turned over , the world spun a little. Hopefully tomorrow I’ll feel better .

K Atie, not good. Hope you feel better soon.
Mab, I can understand you being hesitant to return to normal eating. Perhaps the TMX can help.
Visitors tomorrow for lunch.
Brazilian Cheese puffs, grilled duck breasts, mashed potatoes and tomato and peach salad . Garlic bread. They are bringing the sweets. Basque Cheese cake.

So after reading a little about others with migraines and what to eat to help ( loaded question as never can eat when it’s bad ) ! But this morning I was determined to eat something so a sardine on toast . Squeeze of lemon to help make it taste nice . Well not sure about the effect ,but I ate it . It’s meng to help no way I could have eaten it yesterday.

Katie not fun. I’m still doing my vertigo exercises.
Mab very scarey for you. Go carefully. Maybe lumpy purées, like they do with babies.

DH has taken the motorhome to fill it with diesel. My packing is only clothes and food. It doesn’t take long. We leave everything else in there…….unless it’s at the dealers.
Katie what brand was the one you hired?  It’s pouring here today and the MH isn’t leaking😀😀 it’s a pity they didn’t fix it properly back in June. Then they wouldn’t have to replace all the cupboards. I’m really looking forward to getting away.

So good to hear you’re almost on your way again cookie and feeling sure this time they’ve fixed the leak. Have fun.
K Atie I hope it passes soon so that life can return to normal.
Margaret good luck with the diet, maybe still lean towards the softer foods just to get the nutrition you need. Different problem I know but I find it so tiring eating some foods that aren’t soft enough, I need between 500 mls and a litre of water to get some meals down.
Enjoy your visitors Chookie, very nice menu you’ve planned. I’ve been thinking of making those delicious Brazilian cheese puffs myself but I’m not sure I could eat them.

Cookie, great that Motor Home is fixed. I envy you your trip.
Judy, the Brazilian Cheese puffs would be worth a try. You can make them crispy or soft. They are crispy straight out of oven and if reheated in the AF. They go soft if left to go cold and sit for a while. Or you could put them in a bag when they come out of the oven. They should be a bit sticky inside when first baked. You can make the batter and keep it in the fridge .

Cookie the motor home was a Mauri , gosh that spelling doesn’t look right . It slept 6 at a squeeze. Two above driver , two at back and then the kitchen table . Have the best time . Where are you going to . Now I see they have maps were they are . I followed a page on Instagram too called Visit …. The lady up at the post office at the town where the Big Chamberlain tractor is apparently knows the places were the Wreath ones are ( she had closed when we were there ,which was unfortunate) .
