Marina that sounds like a very fun thing to do . Frustrating with your car.

Yesterday visited my new hairdresser. She works from home and does a good job and is half price . I gave her a pot of Mandarin and whiskey marmalade. She liked it so much that she hid it so her family couldn’t find it . I’m making Blood Orange Marmalade today.
Also a little gardening. Planting more snow peas.

A lucky find Chookie, mine has gone from $27 to $43 in the last couple of years.
G enjoyed your whiskey marmalade, he finished it in no time.

DIL is coming for lunch today. I bought her some pearl earrings when in Darwin. We are having roast pork and apple sauce toasted sandwiches.

Very wet and cold here yesterday and today. Yesterday we had the AGM for the car club. I’m not doing any jobs this year. Need a rest.
Today I’ve not done a lot. DH followed up on the motorhome. They have done nothing. We emailed Jayco head office to complain. It doesn’t look as if we will be getting up to see the wildflowers this year. We are supposed to go down south round the 20th September but it doesn’t look like we will be able to do that either.

That's disappointing news about your motor home, Cookie.  Not good after sales service at all.  Hope you manage to kick someone into action soon.

After sales service has been very disappointing cookie, hopefully their head office will do better. Good to hear you’re taking a break from the Car Club work, time for someone to have a turn.

Ok so quite here as we have managed to do a quick holiday!! DH DS and I flew to Perth ,hired a large Maui van ( like a Blitz van ) to see WA .. Serpinetine first night , and then its been pot luck well DH said we are going one way and it changes by the hour . All good freezing hail rain one night . Now we are going to the Dowerin machinery field day tomorrow and Thursday! The van is interesting, I sit at the dinning table and the boys are in the front , it’s noisy and very rattle they cannot hear me talk to them … at this point all laugh as the windows are at a hight I can see out one side and the other the roof tops in the towns is how I’ll remember them . It’s all fine we are having a great time . It’s actually very comfortable . The bonus was DH bidded up for upgrade on the plane and we all got to be in business class!! Getting up at 4.40 am was worthwhile. DD is home and a tad jealous . I’m trying to get the boys to stop at a place for the wildflowers, hopefully after this we will see some . Lots of canola in full flower and crops look great .
