I was tempted to go to Creswick market yesterday, but didn't, I am sorry now that I missed it.  Such good news that Ral was able to amble around for a while, that would be a huge boost to him.

Cookie hope everything gets back to normal soon.

Cookie, that must be painful. I admire your dedication to exercise.
Marina, the Creswick Market has improved since you and DH were there last year.
Visitors tomorrow so making a Cottage pie and Apple CakeTart. No wine for Ral while on treatment.

Oh gosh, that's no good Ral. Chookie I HATE exercise but it does help my blood sugar. I try to make myself do it.

K Atie that is so good for DS.  The country fire brigades are so important.
I have put my little Roomba to work.  I gave it a service and it seems very happy.

Wonderful news.

We didnít do a lot today. Had a bit of a drive round and an afternoon nap. It was hot last night and of course being in the van we didnít have our ceiling fan. We then went for a walk down to the beach and back as thunder rumbled, no rain though.
