Thank guys. :)
Can't believe how fast time is going. I wish I had more time to spend on the forum keeping up with the posts and trying some new recipes. Still using my thermomix most days but haven't tried anything new for awhile.
The poor caravan has come to a halt as well and is not going anywhere quickly. But still hoping to have it finished by the end of this year. The new floor is ready to be put on, just waiting for a builder friend to give me a hand to make sure the foundation is spot on. :)
Will pop in again soon I promise. :)
Have a lovely day all.

That all sounds good, Mandi! :)

I'm in for a quiet day today - I have somehow managed to hurt my knee.  I did go to the gym yesterday, so must have pulled something there, and probably not helped by a kindy meeting last night with two hours of sitting on a kiddie chair.
Plus DS had an upset tummy last night.  All very shortlived, and he's made up for lost time this morning with 4 rounds of breakfast, but best keep him in quarantine a little longer.  I'm so glad it has passed quickly - his best friend's birthday party is on Saturday and he missed hers last year due to a horrid stomach bug.
So sticking around home today - lucky it's Waitangi Day....DH working anyway though, as usual!

Hello all, the cow is well, and the other cow, staying with family had a a heifer calf tonight.  ;D

Dreadful day. More rain than we can EVER remember. Sliding around the fields with feed. Roll on the weekend when they come inside. A three hat day. Couldn't dry them fast enough... Rare but true.

Got a really good book. http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/0141048689/ref=oh_details_o00_s00_i00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 will also post on diet thread.

What is a "three hat day" DJ - do the cows come into the house?  :-\

Ha ha good one. Cow been staying with family since redundancy.... In fields and sheds.

Three hat day.... First hat gets soaked, second hat gets soaked.... Not dry in time so get third hat out of drawer.... That gets soaked =
Three hat day...

I also had washer woman fingers when I came in this morning. Cold and wet, nothing worse but those in Somerset are much worse off. Farms and homes flooded.

Had to take the new car back to the garage to have a part replaced in the steering column.  Nothing serious but it was picked up in the road worthy and had to be done.  Took a while for the part to come in.

Then did some grocery shopping.

We have GS back with us again after more trouble with his mother.  Can't understand why the courts keep giving children back to mothers who are unfit to have them.  I won't get on my soap box or I'll be here all day :)
The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

It must be hard for the lad going back and forth Margaret, let's hope he settles back in quickly now he is back with you.

Margaret, GS is very blessed indeed to have such wonderful grandparents to step up to the plate and be an advocate for him.
