obbie, I am a busy person, I read books on holidays but I like to do things. I regularly have coffee with friends. I think I need to find something that I love as much as cooking & going to the gym. A new hobby, but what?

Hally, go for a walk, Change the house around around, go shopping, go to the beach, or a park.

I never had much time, as I am always at our shop.

Shopping, LOL, trying to stay away from them as we are off to singapore in sept.

My plan today is walk to school & back, & weed the veggie patch & no cooking

see if I can last the day without cooking. Tennis lessons for ds later

DD is a replica of me, she is always getting told and she looks like me and isn't overly happy about it!

Today I had a blood test first thing, it didn't go very well, but I managed to get through it and go for my usual 3 hour PT session

Now I'm about to have lunch.

Hally, why don't you take up a new exercise that you can do at home? Pilates or yoga?

I think It has to be something out of the home or I just end up in the kitchen

My gym has pilates & yoga classes, it has everything

Maybe cooking in a soup kitchen occasionally, might put me off cooking, LOL

Hally, volunteering may be just the thing. The RSPCA, meals on wheels, at DS school, the possibilities are endless.

Mcmich done the school thing.
Not cooked anything & have taken beef dianne out of the freezer for dinner. We all enjoy this dish.

School pick up, ds needs new shoes, tennis lessons, no time toncook now. So managed to get through the day
