Neither do I Cookie but I don't think it would still be running if there wasn't any drama going on ;)

If you dont vote you dont  have a right to comment on policies you dont like. Thats my opinion.

 :)

And a very reasonable opinion which I share Hally :)
I don't take any notice of what the policies are, I don't get involved in discussions about politics, and therefore I don't comment ;) I just get on with my little life in my little corner of the world :)

Haven't been on here properly for a while and I've clearly missed a few things. What's your new job Amy?

Waitressing at a pub ;D ;D

Amy I agree with all the previous advice about voting. My DD also named AMy worked at the election yesterday. for the days work it is almost $500 it is a long day but I think it as good for her, not only finding out more about ho the process works but also getting paid and you cant forget  to vote as you are there at the polling ststion already!!  if anyone want extra cash register now for the September election.

Maddy, I just adore your cat. Has he lost weight?

No, just shed his Winter coat, and DD had made the pics narrow.
He recovered from his bath, and fluffed up again  ;)  aren't they  ugly when wet LOL.

Here he is, in his sleeping spot of choice....

Silly boy....most cats find a soft chair, or a comfy bed to snooze....not Nacho.....he sleeps on a narrow,  hard window  sil, that he's too big to fit on, and falls off several times through day & night.   We often wake up to the thud!  :P

Amy....congrats on your job too  8)

Glad puss is back to normal Maddy and flea free.

That fire place is gorgeous CC.

Up early again. Cleaned out the freezers and sorted through a big pile of magazines, will take them into work tomorrow.

CC what a lovely fire. Only gas here and not the same at all.

Been cleaning Venetian blinds yesterday and today. Still trying to cleanup after tenants.
DD cooked lovely lunch as Mothers Day in UK today. DS rang up.
Walked to buy a sunday paper as it tried to snow!
More knitting!
