Help please. The scales have stopped working on my TMX 5.  Any ideas?

Did you get your scales sorted out Chookie?

A overcast damp start to the day here.A good walk with Chance,we met Dylan and his owner again.
No joy CC. Think it may have to go to hospital.

That's bad news Chookie. Is there a service department in Melbourne? My TM5 was gone for week when it was sick.I really missed it.I forgot how much I used the machine.

That's no good Chookie.  My scales haven't been working properly on my TM31 (very inaccurate) for some time but I just put the bowl onto my digital scales and add things that way.

Judy, living between the 2 houses is sometimes inconvenient. The scales are at Cherokee and I don't wish to buy another set.
There is a service Center in Melb. Will talk to Anita.

My scales haven't been working for a while, just haven't had time to take it in but I'm  surviving using my digital scales actually quite used to it now considering  tm headquarters is only 10 minutes away I should get it fixed  hopefully you'll get yours sorted acw

Morning all.
Looks like Anita will sort the scales issue on my TMX.5 Suzanne , I also found the scales on the 21 inaccurate . I am going to miss it while being fixed.
Gert, like you the slowness of opening the lid drives me mad.
Has turned quite cold. A little misty rain. Good cooking weather.

I am sure in a professional kitchen the locking lid is a waste if time.

I also  the scales are not always accurate on the 5.

If this needs fixing again I will get rid of it and explore other newer options.

Still very hot here with no sign of abating.

Just when I'm thinking about getting the Tm5, you girls are talking me out of it, think I will stick with my 31 for a while, not that I would get rid of it.

My TM5 is arriving in a few hours ...luckily I'll be keeping both unless I find I'm not using one of them enough to warrant keeping 2. Had a play on the recipe platform today too. I tried really hard not to like it, but I think I do.
