Good Morning everyone!!!!!!!
Weekend and my holiday to TAS is not far, every morning I ask my little darling, "Where are we going on holiday" and she says in her cute little language, "mana, Tas mana" :)))

Have a wonderful day all!

Have you got her counting the sleeps Thermilover?

The big Flower and Garden show started here today and, for the first year in ages, I am not going.  It has become smaller and more disappointing each year recently, but still expensive to get in.  I am sorely disappointed as it used to be one of my yearly 'highlights' as I loved walking around and seeing what they had ... and dreaming dreams that I knew would never transpire, but dreaming nonetheless!

Sort of Cookie :D She is too young to understand how many days to go, but I keep reminding her of the holiday so that she looks forward to it!

Good afternoon everyone.

Cuilidh, I worked at the Flower Show every year for about 6 years.  It was hard work setting up the stands and then pulling them down at the end but it was good fun and I met a lot of lovely people.

What a day, Chookie.  You deserve a rest after all that.

Mab19, I can imagine the work involved in setting up and breaking down a stand, do you still go to the show?

No Cuilidh, I haven't been to the show for about 3 years now.  The people I worked for no longer have a stand there.

An exhausting day Chookie. That's sad Marina, it is such a pity when special events get smaller. We went to the Caravanning and Camping Show today. It took us 2 hours to get there by public transport! The first bus was late which meant we missed the connecting train and it went on. Fortunately coming home they all meshed. Even when we had to change trains we caught one immediately.
We had a lovely day and looked at all the things we were interested in.

Hi friends.

Everyone has been busy while I slept.
I hope you like watching your new TV Chookie.
Enjoy your Tasmania trip Thermilover.
Very sad when a much loved event is no longer good Marina.
Glad you enjoyed the c&c show Cookie even though you had a hiccup with the traveling.

It's bright sunshine at the moment but it's still very cold and it's going to get colder with a north wind sweeping in. :P Lots of bird song again this morning when walking Chance.

Morning all.
CC, when you hear the birds chirping,  all seems right with the world.
We have had beautiful rain over night.
Mab and Marina, like you loved the garden show. Haven't been for a couple of years.
Cookie, nothing like a Show with interesting things.

I was hoping your weather would be getting better, CC.  Fingers crossed spring will hurry up and your walks will become warmer, dryer and a greater pleasure in the better weather.
