Thanks for the suggestions and email, Judy~and Chookie, they all sound mouth-watering - even to a non fish eater!  I will hand all the recipes on to DH who can be the cook that night ... although I wonder how wise that is seeing as he has NEVER used my TMX before  :-\

Yep Judy.He did something haring around yesterday. :-)) A visit to the vet and he's on restricted walking and a anti-inflammatory.Poor boy hates being on the lead.
