It's raining here at last and it's now lovely and cool :)

Found this spider in the garden a few days ago.  It's a St Andrews Cross spider.  Over the past few days he had increased the white cross section and today the rain has broken some of it away.

The  man who said it can't be done should not interupt the woman doing it.

How gorgeous is that cross. We have a pet Golden Orb spider that has built a thick web across our garden path. Its been there for over a month, and we've been watching all the flies its been catching and the web and spider getting bigger but I think I'm going to have take her to the next door neighbors garden (condemned house) as they don't get visitors but we do.

Evening everyone. It finally rained here today......right on school pickup time! We got very wet. Boys loved it. So much rain it was knee deep at skilled stadium, Geelong Cats home ground, which is due to host the western bulldogs afl game tonight. Puts a new spin on raining cats and dogs!!

Hi Uni, is Frank going to hire new workers or do it himself.  Good to see you are doing what you do back home, cooking  :D

Morning all.  Kimmyh,  Ral and I loved the ' cats and dogs'.  We also had real rain last night,  lovely.  Emme a bit of snow would be nice also,  we would feel we were in Sochi.  Uni,  glad you are cooking,  lovely bread.
