Hello all, in a rush today.
Stew to make, wash hair, laundry all,before taking car for service and MOT.

What did u have for lunch, I am sure there was laughter on the menu!

CC, that photo is beautiful.  ;D

Uni just had another thought re fruit.  You could do the fruit like I used to do dried beans etc.  Put the cut up fruit in a stainless steel bowl with a little water, cover the bowl with foil.  Put a little water in the pressurer cooker, sit bowl in the pressure cooker and cook that way.  I have some apples here and can try it that way this morning, will let you know how I go.

Uni, have just done the apples.  They turned out fine.  I cut them up, put them in a stainless steel bowl with a little water, could add sugar but I didn't.  Cover the bowl with foil, I did tie a piece of string around the top, similar to a steam pudding.  I put about 3cm of water in the pressure cooker (depending on the size of the cooker may need a bit more) sat the bowl in the water, put lid on cooker and brought up to pressure then turned heat down.  Cooked about 10 minutes.
