Gave the plants a good water earlier . . . hoping it doesn't get as hot as that "Terrible Tuesday" but it's still very hot out there even now - and we're near the coast

B************it got hotter!!  Just a little out of Dee Why on the Northern Beaches mid afternoon 45C , , , 45.8 in the city. Apparently, the record was back in January, 1939 with 45.3

Feeling sorry for all of you in the heat. It sounds really horrid. Hang in there.

Cookie - at least there's a change forecast for tonight . . . you WA people had it days on end.  Don't know how you coped.  Can't begin to imagine what it's like in the west of Sydney.  Used to live out that way and have friends there . . . some have aircon (if it keeps going in these conditions) - but some don't . . .please let this be the last of it . .!!!! >:( >:( >:(

It's soooooo uncomfortable GF.
Hope it doesn't last any longer and that none of us get it again in February.
Perfect here today  :)

I was listening to the radio that mentioned the unbelievable heat you guys are dealing with. That is incredibly hot. Stay safe everyone :(

I'm glad my legs are not really that hairy Uni, would be no good in Sumer. But great in winter :)

Good Afternoon All.
We are lucky only 44 here in Wangi and should be down to 32 by 1900hrs tonight. I have just stayed inside with the air con on.

Next door to us ( a rented property) have had their air con going for nearly 2 weeks day and night. Not sure who pays the electricity bill.
