Morning everyone  ;D have swept the kitchen floor after the lid on my tea tin broke and tea went everywhere.  Great start to the day. I bought the tin in France over 20 years ago so it has lasted very well.

Hi CC  :)

Yes CC, has lasted very well.  It had a plastic lid which clipped on and the hinged part has broken away. One positive thing is I now have a nice clean floor ;) :D

Good thing Chance likes the snow, he will need snow boots  ;D

Wow, look at that snow!!  Beautiful.

DH & I are off to Auckland today - going to Red Hot Chilli Peppers tonight and home again tomorrow.  Kids off to Nana and Grandad's  8) Will be a lovely wee break.

Hello all.

Lovely photo CC
Don't like the cold.

I was sent home at 4pm today as not needed, this is getting annoying. Hardly worth going for 2.5 hours. I was sent home 3 times last week earlier than booked time. I only get paid for what I work.  The house is so hot at work that I feel cold at home now. We have the heating on but not on high and it was fine when I was acclimatised but working in the laundry and in a hot house has changed my inner thermostat.

Just had a hot bath to warm up, can't beat that.

Love a nice long hot bath :)

Surely if they have booked you for "x" hours they have to pay you. Can you say anything?
