Is anyone else having an ant infestation? Antrid works and then they appear again!

YES, we are. Have tried the antrid pods that are for killing the queen, but seem to have more ants now. some of our potted veggie plants are full of them and most of dirt has eroded. Feel like there are so many that the house is going to sink.

We had rain for two minutes this afternoon MF, DH thought he was going to get out of helping me in the garden.
I child-proofed my house, but they still get in!

Ha that's funny Jen.
If and when it rains here DH gets out his    lawn food sifter thingy which is a bit like a old style flour sifter with the spinning handle. Goes to start feeding the lawn and the rain usually stops. No good as food needs rain to soak in. DH is like a reverse rainmaker!!

Missed popping on here this morning so good afternoon all from UK.
Must be the wee early hours for most of you.

Lovely day today. Ice and sunshine.

DH now packing to go away within the hour, back home Thursday. Sort of training. If all works out he should have consultancy work from start of next month in another part of the country.
Meanwhile I am being booked for agency babysitting as well as my job, every little helps.
