Michele, once a carer, always a carer - hats off to you doing your good deed for the day.  That gentleman will be telling his story to everyone he knows.

MF, I had a great day on Rottnest Island MF 9 years ago when I went to Perth with a friend.

GHM, will your friends go through your consultant?  Do they still give spotters fees these days?

Ah, isn't hindsidght a wonderful thing...

Ooo, breadmaking class...I'll look forward to some tips then  ;)  I'm working in the office again today and really missing baking, especially bread for some reason.

It's lovely Michele with lots of lovely bays and beaches.
No cars on the island apart from maintenance workers and a couple of buses for those who don't want to walk or cycle. :D

Rottnest is magical, we used to stay there for 2 weeks every year since cp was born. Last year was the first time in 8 years we havent been. Stopped going since we bought timeshare & our beach house.

We used to go in April school holidays when the kids were young. We all loved it and the kids had a ball.
We cycled everywhere and went to different beaches everyday. Was safe for the kids to go out on their own cycling . Not alone but with each other  :) Lots of happy  memories of Rotto.
DH and I went over for a weekend not so long ago but it wasn't the same without the kids although we still had a nice weekend .

Sounds like Heaven. I was in WA for the first time on the forum retreat. I should have stayed longer and had a good look around.
I saw all the city sights. Cookie kindly gave me a tour, we had a lovely time at Kings Park and Freemantle too.  :D

Good morning everyone. Well done Michelle for you and the elderly man. Wish there were more people like you in this world :)
Wishing you a good day Frozzie.
Have a great holiday Robyn.
I have had the privilege of visiting rottnest and it is very pretty. Gorgeous photo very jealous ;)
Amy I think it's called cyclone narelle and not expected to come inland just touch the edges a bit. Thought it was up higher at port headland?

Guess who just bought a pizza maker? I am a naughty girl ;)

Rottnest Island looks wonderful MF,  looks so unspoilt.  :)
Mcmich, well done getting the TV and also helping the elderly gentleman.  I'm sure he appreciated your help.  Sad that so many people don't care.

Morning Kimmy

Hi JD, unfortunately my consultant gave up selling shortly after my purchase she is a friend of a friend. if work friends decide to go ahead I will maybe ask Perth consultants to PM me.   Have  also told them to consider the cooking classes at HO but to be honest I found the one I went to way over the top with very pushy consultants!!
