Feel sorry for you guys and the stifling heat... It has been lovely and hot here but not stifling at all.. Mum and dad said is like thatfor most of the year and hardly fluctuates... Yes!!! No more winters... Can live with that...

Hello all.
Glad you are ok Amy, take care.
Your experiments and confessions have made me laugh today. My brothers fried an egg on concrete when I was little. We used to have a grate and cook things on a fire and when it was hot they dropped an egg on the path and it cooked. So even in UK it happened. However I can't remember ow long it took, or how cooked it was I was about 5!

Off to sort out my house. Babysitting now tonight Not sleeping over. Quite glad really.

I think the heat has finally got to some of you. Frying eggs in the sun! Very funny thanks for the laughs.

Really wished it had worked. 39 isn't hot enough - it felt hotter than that as the sun was beating down.
I will give it another go if there is a day over 40.  :)

i didnt take a pic my egg didnt cook i left it in the sun 4 about 2 hours , when i saw frank paking the car i got rid of the egg
for sure he would of hade me committed to a mental hospital
