CC sometimes the crackling can be disappointing.  I have just cooked a Pork & prune roll in the Dream pot. No crackling but am looking forward to see how it has turned out.

Have a great time at Pt Macquarie Mcmich,  :) Hope the weather stays nice for you  ;D

Morning all, feeling a bit better today. Had another shocking night. I must of caught a bug I think. High temp, shivering, blocked nose, heart burn, stomach cramps. I blamed it on the alcohol and smokes before. But I only had 4 drinks New Year's Eve :)
Oh well all good.
Day 2 of non- smoking :D
