I just use bakers flour

It is the wallaby brand.

Mum gave me 5 kilos last week.

I use baker's flour too - or I think I do.  Here's it's High Grade Flour, and used for bread.

Has always worked well for me with pizzas on a stone in the BBQ.

Have said that, i'm in Canberra which is a very different climate to you so would probably rely more on advice from queenslanders.

Thx guys ... So the laucke bread flour might be ok.. I found the type of flour you use makes a huge difference to the taste..i miss my ex local flour mill..

Thanks Frozzie - I'm sure it'll be ok . .just resting and doing things very slowly . .  trouble is the reinforcements are working . . If all else fails we'll have Christmas later on.  DS going away on the 27th and DD goes to Switzerland/France on the 28th.

The first Christmas away is the worst for homesickness I think - when you long for things you did with people in the past - and of course, it's always more rose coloured in retrospect . . . . it'll get better, Frozzie . .promise!!
