Kim, alot have the nu wave black pizza oven. that will be my next purchase.

Good to know.. Am already going to buy later when we have our place the new wave 6 in 1.. Looks great but what FLOUR do you use for pizzas??

I just use bakers flour

It is the wallaby brand.

Mum gave me 5 kilos last week.

I use baker's flour too - or I think I do.  Here's it's High Grade Flour, and used for bread.

I use the lighthouse brand bread and pizza flour.

Has always worked well for me with pizzas on a stone in the BBQ.

Have said that, i'm in Canberra which is a very different climate to you so would probably rely more on advice from queenslanders.

Frozzie, there is a 00 fine italian flour that some use for pizza, pasta etc.

Thx guys ... So the laucke bread flour might be ok.. I found the type of flour you use makes a huge difference to the taste..i miss my ex local flour mill..

Thanks Frozzie - I'm sure it'll be ok . .just resting and doing things very slowly . .  trouble is the reinforcements are working . . If all else fails we'll have Christmas later on.  DS going away on the 27th and DD goes to Switzerland/France on the 28th.

The first Christmas away is the worst for homesickness I think - when you long for things you did with people in the past - and of course, it's always more rose coloured in retrospect . . . . it'll get better, Frozzie . .promise!! :D
