I can't imagine being sick at Christmas time with so much to do GF - I hope they can do something for you at the medical centre  :-* :-*

It does happen. I just looked after a ward full of sick people.

take care gf, my friend just got over pneumonia and the antibiotics gave her an upset stomach so it could be them, rest up xxx

GF, the antibiotics they gave me when I had pneumonia also made me feel sick.  The only way I could keep them down was to eat a banana when I took the tablet.  Rest up.  :)

Marie

I appreciate that Suzanne and Marie - hearing that was reassuring as I really felt I'd picked up some tropical explosive bug!! - feeling a little more human now . . but honestly . . thought all my Christmases had come at once this afternoon.  Those ab's now have me pretty nervous! ;D ;D

Thanks, Judy - must admit it was pretty disappointing being laid low like that right at this time.  Had planned so much . . but now it's all out the window ;D   Certainly not the greatest problem in the world . . just a little annoying . . . >:(

So glad you had such a lovely time with Katie and her DH - what a wonderful way to spend an afternoon!!

Hi GF, take lots of probiotic yogurt to help put back the good bugs. Hope you feel better soon.
I was ill once over Xmas when the kids were young. A lovely neighbouring farm, sent plates of turkey up to cheer us along.
We had it later, it didn't matter.

Hope pizzas work out Frozzie.

Morning  :D
Jo

When one door of happiness closes, another opens, but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one that has been opened for us.
