Yes I found a recipe that used 3 eggs and 300 grm flour (don't have the EDC) and used that.  I did use you your tip of wetting my hands and found that worked a treat, so thanks for that.  What is the best way to store pasta that is not cooked.  Do you freeze it?

you can freezze it if u have plenty of room in the freezzer, its very  delicate and it will snap and  break the best way is to complete dry the pasta over night just on the bench they store in zip lock bags


i only make 200g for the 2 of us when needed or i will make 500g of dough use 1/2 and the other 1/2 i put it in the freezer

It's 9.10 pm here.

It use to be my job on the farm  to feed the pet lambs before I went to school. Gosh, that was a long time ago.
