I have no idea where the thread is Karen although there is a step by step guide by Uni.
She talked dede through her first pasta making session.

most pasta dough recipes are the same the one in the EDC is fine

No worries Uni, thanks for looking for it!

Do you use a special flour, or a particular grade of flour?  I am confused by the "00" grade on some of the flours

the 00 is the best one to you Karen, but i use any just plain flour
