This has been a short weekend for me so only Potato Crust Tart with Creamy Red Pepper Sauce, Adam Liaw's Roast pumpkin with whipped tahini and trying to remember an old recipe for an American themed macaroni salad

I’ve been looking through Helen Goh’s book. It’s amazing. I’ve marked a few recipes to try for special occasions. I’ve got an itch to cook bread. Something to use up yogurt. Don’t like the recipes I’ve looked at so might make up my own.

Cold and wet. Tempting fate. I changed wardrobe from winter to summer. Garden growing like mad. I’m eating, lettuce, onion tops, radish, snow peas and silver beet. Lots of herbs. My 7 has arrived back at consultants PO.

I would imagine that the beauty of Nepal is amazing. Summer seems to be arriving here as it’s beginning to warm up. DD and I had coffee and looked at shops this morning.
