Yes Amy pig on a spit haha

Hehehe, sounds much better than pig spit.  ;D

I was worried Yvette had invented a new soup flavour or something ;D

I made ham, chicken and mushroom pasta :)

Pizzas. I tried the garlic pizza sauce with caramelised onions and some mushrooms and a little ham. Delicious. Was not a huge fan of pizzas until now (although the big and little men in my house would eat pizza everyday). Will do it this way again. Yummy.

The fried rice looks yummy.
I bought 2 frozen turkey hindquarters for $3 each (!!!) and cooked them on my new WeberQ BBQ. I mixed some butter, garlic, parsley, thyme and orange rind together and stuffed it between the meat and the skin, and basted it it with orange juice with a little oil. There was so much meat that we only ate one and it was  delicious :)

Far from the traditional fried rice Kimmy with curry and added - really tasty though and a great way to use the cold meats always around after Christmas  :)

Great buy ES, I always used to buy the turkey hindquarters but had forgotten about them lately and bought the turkey roll instead.

Love your fried rice Robyn.

We had sliced steak cooked with onions for about an hour and a half. I popped in a Umami cube and some Vegie stock. It was lovely.

Tomato sauce and curry does sound strange in fried rice but worth a try next time I make it. Thanks johnro.
